LifeLine pre-owned certified devices come with a 6-month warranty. This warranty covers all functionality issues and any other issues related to the operational use of the device. Our warranty does not cover any future damage caused by the customer. The customer has 3 days after the device is actually received to return it (shipping expenses paid by the customer). If a customer returns a device after this 3-day period, there is a re-stocking fee in the amount of 30% of the value of the device purchased.
