LifeLife Inc. provides a 120-day mobile device hardware and labor warranty on the services and parts provided unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover future accidents nor does it cover water damaged devices. We are not responsible for any prior residual damage or any data loss. Warranty covers non-user related issues.

Customer has 30 days after actual repair is completed to collect the device. If device cannot be collected within 30 days, customer must notify staff when device will be collected. If customer fails to notify the staff or pick the device up, LifeLine Inc. will recycle it.

We do not support returns or refunds on any repairs. A refund might be issued if the repair could not be completed using our services.

Our computer repair services carry a warranty depending on the service you purchased. If you purchased a service granting you extended LifeLine protection, LifeLine will cover both user and non-user related issues for the period of time noted within the service agreement you purchased.

Some services like soldering might be limited to specific locations. Please call the location near you to confirm.
